What are the acceptable art formats?
Our manufacturers of promotional items require clean, crisp artwork in vector or EPS format for reproduction of custom logos, unless specifically noted. Artwork should be color separated for multi-color imprints. Convert type to outline, paths to curves and include the necessary fonts.
Applications that are commonly used by graphic artists to produce EPS or vector format files are:
Adobe Illustrator®
Macromedia Freehand®
Corel Draw®
QuarkXpress®
If you are sending a PICT or TIFF file format, the image resolutions should be at 600dpi.
File formats produced using Powerpoint, Word Document, Pagemaker are not accepted.

What if I don't have the required art format?
No worries. Our creative services division can convert the copy of your logo or artwork into a camera ready artwork. We can convert jpegs, faxes, scans into EPS vector art. For a basic logo (with little or no text) conversion, we charge a flat fee of $35 for a 2-day turnaround time. For next day turnaround time, the fee is $65. For a much more complicated artwork reproduction, contact us for a price quote.

How should I send the artwork file to aceprostore?
Before submitting your order through the website, you will be given an option to upload your artwork. You may upload your artwork file at that point. You may also send it via email to: artwork@aceprostore.com. Please contact us if you are having trouble sending your artwork using any of these methods.
Do not send your original or only copy of the artwork file. We do not take responsibility for the damage or loss of the artwork file you sent us.

Do you charge for PMS color matching?
Standard imprint colors vary depending on the item and manufacturer. Each of our manufacturers has their own pricing policy for PMS color matching. Please contact your customer representative for PMS color matching pricing on a specific product. Please note that PMS colors will be "near match". Exact match is not guaranteed due to variety of product textures, shades, colors, dye lots, etc.
