What is an advertising specialty?
An advertising specialty, also known as a promotional product, is any item imprinted with a logo or slogan and given out to promote a company, organization, product, service, special achievement or event. T-shirts, mugs, pens and key tags are popular examples, and just about anything can be imprinted.
What is a set up charge?
Set up charge is the cost for the labor involved in preparing the printing machine or any other equipment for imprinting the logo or artwork design on the product. This is a one-time charge. So the set up charge is the same whether you order 50 pcs or 5000 pcs. Set up charges are per imprint color and imprint location. Similar costs are involved in readying artwork for the production equipment utilized in decorating with embroidery, cloissone enamel, laser etching and other processes.

What is an imprint location?
Imprint location is the exact area where the product can be custom printed or decorated. Standard set-up charge includes 1 imprint location. Additional charge is required for multiple imprint location.

What are running charges?
Running charges are costs added to the unit price of the item to cover the costs associated with optional imprint or product decoration not included in the standard packaging or decoration of the product.
